    An administrator sets up your account. Sign in, read who can see your case, and choose the kind of case you are working on.

    Tell your story

    Answer the questions in Tell my story. Your answers save as you go, so you can stop and return later.

  3. 03

    Use your case workspace

    Today shows your next step. Ask and research helps with legal questions. My papers keeps your documents together, and a family helper can send papers for you to review.

  4. 04

    Review with a qualified person

    Check court dates, deadlines, research, and any planned filing with your lawyer or the court.

Use inside a correctional facility depends on an approved device, access to this website, and a sign-in method the person can use there. The current account setup sends sign-in codes by email.
